Oysho Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Oysho is a Spanish clothing retailer specialising in women's homewear and undergarments. The company is part of the Inditex group and was founded in 1977 as Confecciones Noite, S.A. in Arteixo (A Coruña) in Galicia. In 2000, the company changed its corporate name to Oysho España. Now the company is headquartered in Tordera (Barcelona) in Catalonia.

An angry customer mentioned, "Oysho has been my worst shopping experience and has a poor customer service. I bought a dress and because the address on my Oysho account was wrong they didn't deliver. After I talked to the customer service and changed my address, they sent the dress back and did't even inform me about that. Moreover they didn't refund me immediately and said I had to wait another 15 days. They didn't ask if I want to be refunded or place a new order. They deserve zero stars. They don't respect their customers.Awful experience!"

"people who have been working for more years, senior commercial team, ... have poor human quality and are very ambitious, like the human resources team, they lack empathy."

"•Overtime work, you are not getting paid for working more hours but you have to. •No discount for staff. ( i know.. crazy..) •Managers belittle you sometimes. •Understaff •Almost everyday is stressful •Stupid customers •Everyday you feel pain on your back and legs.. •You don't have life anymore because you just don't have time.. you are working constantly and you feel euxhasted everyday. •Sometimes you get to work for more than 11 days in a row without a day off. •The local CEO who comes occasionally and stress the hell out of you and your managers because he never likes anything. •The managers that make you seem like a loser in front of customers even when ypu are right but they just yell at you because they can."

Former Employee - Store Manager says

"poor organization, feeling like a number, career not for mert but for sympathy"

Shopping assistant (Former Employee) says

"Low salary, bad working environtment, poor team leaders, it was sort of a nightmare to work there even though the work was easy and the team was great. All the workers shared the same feeling of being treated poorly being paid very bad and hoped it to find other job as soon as posible."

Dependienta (Former Employee) says

Vendedora y cajera (Former Employee) says

Addetta vendite (Former Employee) says

Buona pagaTutto l’ambiente interno"

Vendeuse (Former Employee) says

Dependienta (Former Employee) says

Dependienta (Former Employee) says

Vendeur (Former Employee) says

Dependienta (Former Employee) says

Digital Marketing Manager (Current Employee) says

Toma decisión, beneficios a empleados.Distancia oficina"

Dependienta (Former Employee) says

Cashier/Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"A cashier has many responsibilities. You must know how to complete many operations with money, how to deal with difficult situations with your co-workers. Many managers do not care about shop and colleagues."

Valentini Pappa says

"The worst customer service ever. The sizes are terrible. I wear L and order a pajama top on L. My 6 months daughter could easily wear it but not me. I contacted the CS showing the the fault with the product and they did not even bother. Terrible services in the US."

"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIARS!! they keep sending me emails saying they will process my refund but then a week goes by and still no money is refunded. They are disgusting and unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!"

Sinead E says

"I ordered a number of items in the last week of November intending some of them as Christmas presents. They never arrived. The courier in ireland was Fastways and they told me they could not deliver it as they were missing records. I had to ring Oysho customer service 5 times to try and sort it out (even though I do not think it is the job of the customer to do this). I found the customer service agents massively unhelpful and one of them actually belligerent and rude. Delivery was never attempted and the items were sent back to Oysho and they refused to resend them to me even after six weeks of waiting for them. They told me to go back on the website and reorder and some of the items might be available - incredibly bad customer service. I am still waiting on a refund. Do not buy from this company ,everything they stock is available from similar brands. They do not care about their customers. WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS EVER !!!!"

Lauren says

"I chose not to listen to the negative reviews on here as I thought the issues lay with the shipping company but it does not. My parcel was lost 3 weeks ago and neither Royal Mail or Oysho are able to refund (or even reply to me). Don’t waste your time or money on the hope that your parcel will arrive. Shocking way to run a business and impossible to speak to someone in customer service. All I can hope for is a PayPal refund. Just don’t bother."

AG T says

"I have no issue whatsoever with the clothing -- I like their items very much -- but the customer service is appalling.

- Bought several items in the sale (around £80)
- Paper package arrived entirely unsealed and wide open. The postman pointed it out and told me it had been received like that.
- Half my items were not in the bag. The ones that were had no further protective layer around them (unhygienic let alone dangerous during a global pandemic)
- Emailed customer services with a photo. No reply.
- Dm'd on instagram with a photo. No reply.
- Messaged on several instagram posts. No reply.
- Bite like lumps appeared on my body and I took myself to A&E. Emailed and instagrammed to ask what country the package had been sent from in case I had been bitten by something. No reply.
- Customer services eventually came back very breezily on instagram and asked me to photo the items again that HAD arrived (now washed and worn) and also to send intimate medical photos of myself and my medical records! Still no reply re: the country or origin. Still no refund. Still no apology.
- I have reiterated AGAIN that I would like a manager to call me. Nothing.

These cowboys owe me half my order in refund and a suitable explanation. Guess what? Nothing.

Great clothes (when they arrive), absolutely TERRIBLE company ethics. Perhaps they didn't even send out my entire order, just charged for it?"

"AVOID AT ANY COST!!
It used t be great like 10 years ago but recently i have tried three times and their clothing are so horrible and such a bad quality(pant string were torn out and cut, very very thin pyjamas),look different than in the photos , too expensive etc! Also one of the very few brands that they don't include a return form inside the parcel and when you call or mail them nobody answers! I find is so suspicious because i never had any problem with any other other brand while procedures were flowing easily"

Ozlem G. says

"The package arrived half open. The goods were not wrapped and dirty. Horrible CS. No answer to calls. Texting doesn’t work. I hope I will receive my money back from return!!!"

Frederik says

"Must be a fake site.

I ordered a birthday present 13.12.2020, today its 20.12.2020 I haven't received my order yet.

The costumer service never answer on emails ore calls. I have been writing to them 6 times now.

Don't bye anything on this site, its fake and the stuff never show up."

trangolio says

"I bought 2 items from here, the price listed on their website for these 2 items were: 17,99E for the sleeping pants and 25,99E for the set of 7 Brazillian slips. Well, the product arrived faster than I thought (that's why they have 1 star here), but to my surprise, I found 2 black tapes that cover the price on the price tag, out of curiosity, I peel them off, and BOOM, the pants was originally cost 15,99E then 12,99E (2 different tags on top of each other) and the set was 19,99E. Well, of course as mentioned above, I paid the price that listed on the website which was way higher than what was presented on the tag. I feel cheated! I will never buy from this brand again. STAY AWAY FROM THEM."

Natalie says

"Genuinely one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid at all costs, really not worth it. I wouldn't even be giving one star if I had the choice"

Amanda Marcucci says

"Used to be great when it was produced in Spain and Portugal. Now it MADE IN CHINA! They've sold out!
Terrible quality"

Ana Lesnik says

"Horrible support
First they need at least 48 hours to reply at all, and second, they don't have any interest in solving the problem which they caused! They advertise free returns on all pages, but only offer it in some countries, when I asked about it, they just simply told me that's how it is and to deal with it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone"

lara fink says

"Do not buy anything at OYSHO if you're not 100% you will keep the product. (which is impossible if you can't try it on before the purchase). THEIR ONLINE SUPPORT IS NOT WORKING!!!! I am so disappointed. I should read trustpilot before my purchase."

Alicia says

"Terrible Customer Service. It took me multiple attempts to get through to someone about a faulty item. I asked for a replacement (after a lot of back and forth), they finally agreed to it. I have it in writing from their customer team in an e-mail. I tried contacting them, asking for the replacement and they told me the item is sold out. I went on the site and found it IN stock. I asked again for a replacement and they refused to grant a replacement. They told me they could not provide a number other than what is on the customer service. Honestly, the WORST company customer experience I have ever had in my life."

Anna says

"OYSHO's customer service and all the agencies they are working with are completely dysfunctional. One month wait for my order and no refund was issued. Avoid at any cost! Shame because I used to like their clothes"

Maria Perez says

"Worst customer service I had ever had in my life. I give them one star because there is no zero stars. I will never buy with them again (and I have been buying from them for many years because I like their products). I ordered online and everything arrived without problems, but when I returned some items (all of them in the same box and bag) they claimed that they only received part of them and I never got the refund. It also took me more than a month of emails back and forth for them to check the issue. NEVER AGAIN."

Deirdre says

"Very poor service from my one and only online order. Buyer beware. I went on an Instagram influencer recommendation that was very misinformed. My order package was in poor shape on arrival. Compression leggings had a security tag attached and underwear in my order was missing. Had to prove this through photos (how do you prove something isn't there?!) and print my own returns label. Instead of getting a replacement pair of leggings, they issued a refund and completely ignored the missing underwear. Couldn't get through to customer service number (after holding for 30 min) and they've ignored my email. Please don't put yourself through this! Not worth it."

Mrs. Happy in Edinburgh says

"Some weeks ago (early Spring 2020), I spotted sandals on Oysho website, causing me great interest. Alas, not in my size, but option to receive email when back in stock. I assumed that I'd probably never hear anything, but here at the end of June 2020, I suddenly get email telling me they ARE back in stock. Excited, I began the selection of two sizes (so that I could buy both for comparison, with option to return the other). It doesn't matter how much I fill in the forms (order form and/or contact form), it will not recognise my UK telephone number, and therefore, I cannot continue to next screen. So, I cannot make simple contact, nor can I complete an order. I have now read the bad reviews on Trustpilot (about Oysho generally) - and I think perhaps I have had a lucky escape! I give up (but oh what a shame - the sandals looked very pretty...............)."

Kristina Reingoldt says

"The worse customer service EVER!! 20 days later and 5 phone calls to customer service, I still haven't received the parcel or a refund! @Oysho - I really hope that my refund will be processed ASAP!! You guys should really rethink your business and maybe just give up on it all together!! Outrageous!!"

Richard says

"Ordered a Christmas gift from Oysho and they turned up with security tags still attached. Items arrived quickly enough though."
